Job Description

Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings. Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management to ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts. Conduct research on various topics and compile information as needed. Assist with the organization and execution of company events, conferences, and workshops. Collaborate with team members to complete ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
