Job Description

Criteria

● Answer emails, calls, and website inquiries

● Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed

● Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets

● Maintain a calendar and set up meetings

● Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records

● Conduct market research and report on the results

● Produce reports, presentations, and briefs

● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

● Perform other administrative tasks as provided by the employer from time to

time

  • Job Requirements

● Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

● Familiarity with current technologies and online tools

● Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

● Excellent communication and phone skills

● Excellent time management skills

● Solid organisational skills

● Previous experience in a customer service role

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other related programs

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
