Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Researching with 15 daily reported results across all states

  • Must provide 15 bid writing  per week 

  • Schedule pre-bid meetings and stay on top of all the deadlines.

  • Make and follow the government's guidelines especially when writing the bidding, and pay special attention to the detail. 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

  • Familiarity with current technologies and online tools

  • Experienced in  SAM.GOV website and other federal government vendor websites.

  • Proven work experience in government contracting 

  • Excellent in writing winning bids for government contracts

  • Excellent in researching government contracts in these industries janitorial, IT and Transportation.

  • Excellent communication skills in talking to vendors over the phone

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Keen to details such as attachments, etc.

  • Good to have a sample previous writing contract portfolio
