Job Description
Responsibilities

Researching with 15 daily reported results across all states

Must provide 15 bid writing per week

Schedule pre-bid meetings and stay on top of all the deadlines.

Make and follow the government's guidelines especially when writing the bidding, and pay special attention to the detail.
Qualifications
-
Proven work experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
-
Familiarity with current technologies and online tools
-
Experienced in SAM.GOV website and other federal government vendor websites.

Proven work experience in government contracting

Excellent in writing winning bids for government contracts
-
Excellent in researching government contracts in these industries janitorial, IT and Transportation.

Excellent communication skills in talking to vendors over the phone

Excellent time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Keen to details such as attachments, etc.
- Good to have a sample previous writing contract portfolio
