Appointment Setters
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and make outbound calls from the provided database
- Responsible for contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments
- Accepting calls from prospective clients
- Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services via call and email
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge Appointment Setter requirements and qualifications
- Ensure confirmed appointments between the client and the Sales Representative
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
Criteria:
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- A professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Positive attitude and team work to achieve the goal
