Appointment Setters

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and make outbound calls from the provided database
  • Responsible for contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments
  • Accepting calls from prospective clients
  • Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services via call and email
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge Appointment Setter requirements and qualifications
  • Ensure confirmed appointments between the client and the Sales Representative
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals

Criteria:

  • Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • A professional and courteous disposition
  • Persuasive and results-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and team work to achieve the goal
