Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the BPO sector, with a focus on selling services to business clients in North America. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients in North America.
- Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and industries to focus on for business development.

Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and service delivery, to ensure seamless execution of client services.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the BPO sector, with a focus on North American markets.
- Strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
- Strong closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
