● Outbound Customer Support

Criteria

  • Develop the Interest of customers and patch calls to to US Live representative
  • Ensure 5 leads are confirmed per day each agent.
  • Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services via call
  • Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets

Knowledge needed for these Programs and App:

  • Proven work experience as an Outbound Customer Support or similar role
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • A professional and courteous disposition
  • Persuasive and results-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and teamwork to achieve the goal
