Mortgage Broker Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broking Assistant to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Australian
mortgage industry, with a strong ability to perform servicing calculations.

Required Skills:

  • End-to-end loan process
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling, and grammatical skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation, team-focused and positive approach to work and innovation
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must Have Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years experience with MyCRM
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working in Australian mortgage broking business as a Loan Processor/Mortgage Broker Assistant

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Servicing Calculations
  • Familiarity with using online lodgement platforms like ApplyOnline
