Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broking Assistant to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Australian
mortgage industry, with a strong ability to perform servicing calculations.
Required Skills:
- End-to-end loan process
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent administrative skill with highly accurate data entry, spelling, and grammatical skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivation, team-focused and positive approach to work and innovation
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must Have Skills:
- At least 3-5 years experience with MyCRM
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working in Australian mortgage broking business as a Loan Processor/Mortgage Broker Assistant
Nice to Have Skills:
- Servicing Calculations
- Familiarity with using online lodgement platforms like ApplyOnline
