● Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as coordinating with Suppliers, customers, and shipping companies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
  • Create, update, and maintain various documents, files, and records.
  • Track and manage invoice payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Track and manage shipments of goods.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Adhoc jobs may be assigned when needed

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role must be at least 3 yrs and above in trading industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
