Job Description
● Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as coordinating with Suppliers, customers, and shipping companies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
- Create, update, and maintain various documents, files, and records.
- Track and manage invoice payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Track and manage shipments of goods.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Adhoc jobs may be assigned when needed
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role must be at least 3 yrs and above in trading industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
