Senior Executive Assistant
- Manage email inbox and outbox
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings
- Manage receipts and invoicing.
- Remind daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Liaise with departments in tasks
- Manage CRM
- Manage and grow social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Book flights and accommodation
- Send gifts online
- A degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is often preferred. In some cases, equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Spreadsheet
- Must have atleast 5, 7-10 yrs experience as EA it's a plus if in related financial industry as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or C-level officers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
- Ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail.
- Trustworthiness and integrity in managing sensitive executive matters.
Required Skills:
