● Sales & Marketing Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
• Writing emails should be able to travel, Chinese and English speaking.
• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods, including cold calling and email campaigns.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and follow up as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Adhoc jobs may be assigned when needed

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or Marketing is preferred.
• The candidate must have experience commodity trading mainly Metals or equivalent.
• Able to communicate with clients on WhatsApp and WeChat.
• Bilingual Speaking ( Basic English & Chinese) with Sales experience preferably metal scrap or similar product.
• Proven experience as Sales & Marketing or in a similar role must be at least 3 yrs and above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
