Lead Gen

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
• Utilize various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software, market research tools) to identify and qualify leads.
• Execute outbound lead generation efforts such as cold calling, emailing, and networking.
• Engage with leads through email, phone, and other communication channels to nurture relationships.
• Provide relevant information and follow up to keep leads interested and informed about the company's offerings.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and track interactions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract potential leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
• Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and other online tools for lead generation.
