Job Description
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword bidding, ad creation, and performance tracking. ( Preferred but not required)
Social Media Marketing:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage with the audience and build brand awareness.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop blog posts, articles, videos, and other forms of content that align with the company’s marketing goals.
- Create and build social content - images & reels - (Like 5 in a week)
Website Management
- Manage and Design the website. Website: https://www.couvrant.com/
Admin Job:
- Provide admin assistance if just needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite). (It's a plus but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
