Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the calendar and email inboxes ( 2 companies; High Solutions Vancouver & HRD Maintenance & Restorations)
  • Purchasing equipment online
  • Pay bills online such as vehicles & houses
  • Prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, documents, and presentations. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as required.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Ensure that all travel plans are seamless and align with the executive’s schedule.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Ensure that all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
  • Download and provide a Bank Statement Report from a bank or credit card
  • Arrange the interviews and do recruitment posting across Social media
  • Do other admin tasks as necessary

Criteria

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Preferrable a FILIPINA, with 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role. Experience supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.s administrative support for various tasks.
