Your regular responsibilities will include:
 

  • Effective lead triaging (including inbound and outbound phone, online, chat enquiries) - ability to quickly qualify the enquiry and provide a suitable solution / product for each customer.
  • Efficient communication with customer enquiries about their prospective relocation.
  • Liaise with customers when disputes and complaints arise. Ensuring that these are handled effectively and to completion while maintaining our strong focus on the experience of the customer.
  • Supporting the customer with bundled services to help them relocate easier - (removals cover, connections, additional services).
  • Support removals cover claims, ensuring process adherence and accurate recording of all details according to set compliance requirements
  • Undertake administrative duties to support the role, management and business more broadly to ensure smooth office operations
  • Identify and communicate potential improvements to policies and procedures, business processes, tools and resources
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and our staff
