Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Do outbound calls for the leads that will be provided.
  • Provide accurate information about the academy & services being offered.
  • Schedule appointments & convert leads into students.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
