Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Do outbound calls for the leads that will be provided.
- Provide accurate information about the academy & services being offered.
- Schedule appointments & convert leads into students.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
