  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule
  • Follow up with the contractors
  • Take down minutes of meetings
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage with the audience and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop blog posts, articles, videos, and other forms of content that align with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Create and build social content - images & reels
  • Hit 100k followers ASAP
  • 10k emails when the platform goes live

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Asst cum Digital Marketing Specialist or Social Media marketing.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
