Job Description

Purpose of the Role SCG Admin Support will assist in managing the company administration requirements and providing general support to the SCG Director. Key Responsibilities – Admin Support • Respond to customer enquiries. • Maintain SCG CRM System • Support client project management including scheduling • Filing & Records Management • Bookkeeping • Draft project deliverables and customer communication • Maintain social media and website • Onboard, manage and support SCG contractors and suppliers • General administrative duties Key Requirements • Min 2 years professional experience • Solutions orientated mindset. No problems, only solutions! • Uses initiative to research and problem solve. • Enjoys working independently. • High level computer literacy including Microsoft 365 • Clear, concise, high quality written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively prioritise and escalate customer concerns and opportunities. • Strong client liaison skills Desirable Requirements • Tertiary Education • Expertise with Confluence, Jira, Safety Culture, EdApp, Power BI, Visio or draw.io highly regarded • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 ISO 14001, ISO 45001 highly regarded • Experience undertaking implementation of business management web based applications • Self - starter

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • JIRA/Atlassian Program Familiarity

Must Have Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Critical thinking
